What does 'made to order' mean?
When an item is made to order, it is made once your order has been placed. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. It is definitely worth the wait!

Has my return been processed?
If you need to return an item, please be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. Once the items are received, we will promptly process your return, and a credit for the return will then appear on your next credit card billing statement. The credit process can take up to thirty days depending on your credit card. If you sent your package back through a trackable method, please provide us with the tracking information so that we may further research the status of your return.

How do I check my order status?
If you have an account with us, you can check the status of you order by clicking on 'My Account' in the top navigation bar. Sign in to access your account by entering your username and password. Then, click on 'Order Status'. Click on an order number to view the entire order. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package.
If you have not created an account, you will be sent a confirmation email once the order has been shipped. The email will include a link to track your order (UPS only). Please email our Customer Service Department at customerservice@regionusa.com with any questions you may have.

How do I know my order has been processed?
Once you place your online order with us, you will be emailed a confirmation invoice with your order details.
